What we collect

When you register for a member account, we store your name, email address, and the profile details you choose to add (title, company, industry, LinkedIn, hobbies, bio, and photo). When you RSVP to a reunion, we store your name, email, guest count, and any dietary or accommodation notes you provide. When you submit the feedback form, we store your name (unless you choose to stay anonymous), email, and message.

How we use it

Member and RSVP information is used to coordinate reunions — headcounts, dietary needs, and reminders about upcoming events. Your public profile (name, photo, country, industry, hobbies, bio) is visible to other logged-in members on the Stats directory. Feedback submissions are reviewed by the reunion committee to improve future events.

Payments

Give-back donations are processed directly by PayPal — we never see or store your card or payment details. PayPal's own privacy policy governs that part of the transaction.

Cookies

We use a session cookie only to keep you logged in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your data, your control

You can edit or remove most of your profile information yourself from My Account at any time. To request a full copy or deletion of your data, contact us at reunion@opm66.com.
